I began my career as a contractor in California before transitioning into real estate over 40 years ago. In 2007, I moved to San Antonio and joined Kuper Sotheby’s International Realty, where I built a reputation for excellence, trust, and results.

In 2023, my wife Carolyn and I relocated to Longview and I joined Miller Homes Group. Starting fresh in East Texas felt like a new chapter — and one I’m proud to call home. Today, I’m committed to being a trusted resource for families and neighbors throughout the community.

Away from real estate, I’m also a wildlife photographer and writer — earning me the nickname “The Bird Man.” I share daily reflections and bird photography with a wide online community through my “Quotes of the Day,” something that has become a meaningful part of my everyday life.
